Homily given by Fr. Rankin on 6/24/12 on the Feast of the Nativity of John the Baptist and the 4th Sunday of Pentecost. In his homily, Fr. Rankin talks about the Gospel readings that were chanted and how each figure in the readings(John the Baptist and the Centurion who asked Jesus to heal his servant boy) show us how the sovereignty is recognized by all of humanity.
