Homily given on the Sunday after Ascension by Fr. Robert Rankin. In his homily, Fr. Rankin reflected on the liturgical period we are in with the Ascension and the promise of Christ fulfilled; with Pentecost coming upon us and the promise of the Holy Spirit yet to come; and finally, with these two liturgical events happening on Mothers Day and how the Holy Theotokos is there as a spiritual mother to all of us.
